Welcome to Golden Lifters! Where we empower women over 60 to embrace strength training and elevate their health with our classes every Monday at 10:15 AM. During classes, we focus on essential weighted movements that build muscle mass and enhance balance, coordination and mobility, and we welcome all abilities. Whether you have hip replacements, bad knees, or balance concerns, we've got you covered!
