How's those New Years Resolutions coming?

We're 5 weeks into 2024, and I wonder how many of us have already lapsed on those all important resolutions we made on January 1st when the year seemed so promising. We go into each new year with all the hope of a fresh start but let's face it, January is like 12 months rolled into 1. By the time February arrives, we're just glad to of made it through the longest month of the year.
But now it's time to re-evaluate those resolutions that have been sitting on the shelf and put a plan into place to help us achieve them.
